• Acceptance of Terms
  By accessing or using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. • StreetTote Content
  The Site and the Services, including all text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, software, and other content (collectively, "StreetTote Content"), are the property of StreetTote or its licensors and are protected by Turkish and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any StreetTote Content without the express written consent of StreetTote.
• User Content
  You may submit, post, or display content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, on the Site or through the Services (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant StreetTote a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described in this section.
• Product Availability
  StreetTote reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of StreetTote. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.
• Shipping and Delivery
  StreetTote will ship products to addresses within Turkey. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the product and the destination. StreetTote is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by factors beyond our control.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
• Entire Agreement
  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StreetTote with respect to the use of the Site and the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and StreetTote with respect to the Site and the Services.
• Waiver and Severability
  No waiver by StreetTote of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of StreetTote to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
